Welcome, I bought a duplex last year as an investment and have learned a lot.

Newbie investors and how they bought their first deal, or large multifamily guys like Ken McElroy, Cardone, etc and how they are buying the big stuff?  

As far as experience in the field, my girlfriend and I have just bought our first condominium and move in two weeks.

Once I receive title do I just walk into a Bank of America branch with the title and ask how much it owes and write a check?  Does anybody have any experience with this?  Anything I should lookout for?  Pitfalls?  BTW...

I bought last fall and had a rate of 4.75 percent.

They have the option of reserving the additional night(s) to make this much more comfortable for them so they don’t need to deal with storing their bags somewhere, finding showers etc. but they decide to save a few bucks and roll the dice.  

We have just bought a flat opposite Lisbon, the yield is 10-12%.

Current slab can be removed with hand tools, concrete can be bought by volume or prepared on site. 

So we bought a home in Lawrence Indiana that was tenant occupied at close.
