Hello all! I currently live in southwestern Wisconsin, and joined Biggerpockets to learn more about the opportunities in real estate investing. My current situation is that I am renting, but looking at doing a “house hack” in the near future. Looking for 2-4 units, however right now I have about $10k saved up. So working to increase that through my day job and continue to learn and look at deals that come up. Look forward to connecting with people in my area! Nathan

Welcome aboard!

House Hacking has been a great experience for me so far. It teaches you all the nuances of being a landlord, you'll experience a lot of things you read in the forums first hand, if you buy the right deal you can save money and dip your feet in investing with a little less risk than a non owner occupied property.
