Hello everyone... just as the title suggets I am a recent graduate of NYU Stern and decided to go after the big money in commercial real estate.

There is a ton of things to learn that NO ONE ever warned me about.

Also lots of warnings against variable rate.You can position yourself to ride out trouble, but there isn't much an individual can do about the coming trouble when the really big institutions and the federal government are hellbent on bringing fiery rain down upon the economy.

Any referrals  would be helpful…….I also wonder if existing homeowners are seeing this influx across the board I'm so sorry that your agent didn't warn you! 

I've been on this board for over a decade and can't recall anyone ever sharing a real-life example.I asked my attorney about this and he gave me some very stern warnings about the due on sale clause.

Just giving a fair warning to other wholesalers.

If they will not that is a big warning sign.

he saw this because I posted a warning on my fb page to friends and contacts in the industry...latest news is that I haven't been paid because the prop owner bounced a check for $10k and stole his tools...I used my own tools while I was there other than a nail gun, so have no idea what was who's....

Estoppel may arise when one person gives a warning to another based on some clearly asserted facts or legal principle, and the other does not respond within "a reasonable period of time".

Warn the public if in fact it is another crappy scam.
