Seasoned RE Agent Seeks Newly Licensed Agents

Hello All,

My name is Javier Diaz and I work at an awesome RE agency in Manhattan in the Chelsea area. I specialize in Manhattan rentals throughout the island and I really love to teach and help others. I've been a member of BP now for about 4 weeks and I'm still in awe of all the wonderful people and the camaraderie between everyone on the site. So in the spirit of giving and teaching and helping, I'm offering to assist in any way I can, any newly licensed agents out there who might be needing some guidance or just some real advice or insight on what to expect.

When I first started out as an agent I was shocked at the reality of the job. It's not as easy as I thought it would be, not even close! There is a ton of things to learn that NO ONE ever warned me about. This business is not for the faint at heart and cannot be done successfully without a serious passion and relentless tenacity. I wish I had had a mentor when I was starting out to help me avoid all the little mistakes I've made along the way (god knows I made a ton!), but I've learned from them all, and I'm better for it.

If you'd like to chat and have someone answer your questions regarding your recent career choice to become an Real Estate Agent in NYC feel free to reach out.

Cheers!

Javier Diaz-
