I think we will move forward with consulting with an attorney just to make sure we have all of our ducks in a row, sounds like it can get pretty complicated.

The seller financing part sounds great but what do the numbers say ?

Again, each person has different risk levels and it is important to stay true to your views on risk, but hope this gives you a different perspective to then make a sound decision.
