Household formation is on the rise and inventory is in short supply, not sitting vacant in most areas where the funds were most active. 

Home in the area are in extreme short supply.

It seems that the county doesn't supply that information, so even when you search by square footage, it shows the overwhelming majority of the results as 1 unit, even though they are 4000 square feet or more.
