Even if just one of the buildings, maybe by having a PM just take one building will help me a lot during my busy, young kids, season of life.

This bypasses the refi seasoning and leaves little to no money on the table.

My question has to do with how those of you more seasoned in short term rental properties analyze these deals differently than more traditional rental properties.

Also they are seasoned and has always been on time and was in unit before all other tenants.
