Evicting month to month tenants
I have purchased a 3 unit in West orange NJ and the tenants were all on month to month leases. I have renewed 2 of the leases but would like to cancel the 3rd because the tenant is a pain in my a** and I’d like to renovate the unit. Would the same eviction process be necessary or would I just be able to give them 30 days notice of lease termination?
