John it looks great,  I sold well over 600 New homes back in the day pre 2007 and would recommend you add a cap on the bottom edge of the upper cabinets.

The lender/insurer has every right to determine -- in the best interest of their bottom line -- which transactions to lend on/insure and which not to.Here's another example:If you were willing to lend money to someone to make a purchase, but he decided to make a stupid purchase that you believed would impact his ability to repay you, would you still allow him to make the purchase.

And usually there truly isn't a repair issue, they just think they can stall the eviction and can if you don't take care of it at that time)So bottom line is, let the legal system and procedures do all this for you and your life as a landlord will be less stressful and regulated, and comfortable.Nancy Neville
