If I was presenting to a bank or investor it would be mostly to show how the information can be shared over the web or in a regular report.The idea here it to combine the above in some fashion to present a more complete picture to an investor from out of the area or a banker so the loan package makes sense.

TM,Read between the lines.See if you can find anyone who has closed 1 such deal who is a regular on BP.Deals of the size you are talking are not going to be done by new investors who are on BP.

If I don't have any reason to think it will have problems, I begin to market the property immediately.In reference to property inspections, many property inspections will not be able to be adequately done in a wholesale deal.
