Professional Advisory Firms

Hi,

Pros that deal in multi-million dollars transactions. My question is why isn't any professionals firms and law firms get involve on faciliating the mulit-millions and billions dollars with the large capital investors and banks senior officers or their legal department? Especially with the 3rd party attorney offices because when there's big fees and commissions attornies will be the first to get involved plus I'm pretty sure that a portfolios buyer(s) will have their attorney on retention to help them with their business activities.

Thx for the your advice and inputs.
