My suggestion is it is best to start developing relationships with the lending officers at smaller banks now so when you really do need them you are ready to rock and roll.Take massive action and I'll see you at the top!

That's 64 more square feet of framing, insulation, drywall, siding, paint, etc.Also, dimensional lumber is produced in two-foot lengths and panel goods are four-foot wide... most efficient use of materials will use wall and floor dimensions that are equally divisible in these increments.The boxes ain't always pretty, but they are more cost effective!

It's not hard (but is extra work as I end up producing a unique letter per offer) to temporarily transfer balances around to produce a proof of funds letter close to the asking price, but I'm looking to streamline where I can.
