I am done with excuses and am ready to roll up my sleeves and get in the game.

Over the past couple years i've been studying and getting into the real estate investing game. 

I don't know the game, but am eager to learn and contribute.

I have wanted to get into the rental game for a very long time, my parents have never invested and have always lived paycheck to paycheck but I've always enjoyed doing something more than a "job", I prefer to "conquer" instead.

@Alejandra TapiaI had done this similarly with my employer's 401K plan, it was a great way to get started in the REI game as I was starting out.

I am new to the real estate game.

However, I still have players in the game and am still on track to close some multifamily and other commercial bridge deals.

Probably a game changer!

This game is not very hard if you educate yourself. 

Prospecting is the name of the game so if you're not actively closing deals, it might make sense to just hire a dedicated agent when the time comes.The benefits to being an agent in your stage is networking with those other agents, lenders, inspectors, attorneys, contractors, etc that would be instrumental in helping you with your first deal.
