Hi everyone,I've been recently growing my knowledge on the BRRRR method and am quite intrigued -- I'd actually entered escrow on a deal before researching it more...but wanted to get your thoughts on plumbing and whether issues that arise during inspection related to non-conforming stacks/cast iron replacement are dealbreakers.  

Since they are not constructed well as house they are prone to lots of repairs Iike plumbing that is made with PEX tubing and roof seams that leak if not caulked with urethane or silicon every year.

Other than that, consult local zoning regulations.

If it's a gut the $30k just for HVAC, plumbing and electrical. 2 story home $15-18k for hwf 5k for new bathroom 7k for new kitchen...80-110k for a 2 story home.

I'm thinking I should be able to get it done for 20-25kNeeds sheet rock, some insulation, plumbing, all Appliances and cabinets, im thinking laminate flooring. 8 new windows.
