How do you let the applicant know that despite paying for the credit and background check them may not be choosen without making it seem like it is a personal thing?

He does my personal taxes and everything for my 10 apartment complexes, partnership returns etc.  

Unemployment will tick up heavily end of Q1 into Q2 and that's when the realization of this consumer debt: personal savings disaster that's been brewing will show up.

Personally I am not handy so going through a GC would be best.

These typically are not reported to credit bureaus and also do not affect your debt to income ratio which frees up your credit for personal loans that you may need in the future as well as does not limit you to the amount of loans that you can have as a buy and hold investor. 

Does LLC as borrower have a higher rate than if it were personal?
