There has to be with STR a reason your guest would choose you over somebody else in order to have the consistent occupancy rates you need to justify the investment.

The logic board is reasonably inexpensive if still made (<$200).

@David FalsThanks for the updated..... and now that you made your decision, just something to think about in the future that I THINK hasn't been mentioned --- getting funds into a tax advantaged account is very limited.
