@Rizwan AlamYou send money to the title company.several of your questions are handled by the title company.I would hire a contractor to get you a bid on the costs as a property inspector isn't going to be doing the work.you can go to the RE commission website and look up all licensee's.Lots of great deals in Cleveland Ohio rental properties.
