Hello everyone!

I am a new "investor" from the Fremont, Ohio area and I am just introducing myself. I have been snooping around this website for months and have been reading some great information on this site and from its members. During the past month, I have purchased a single family property and a duplex that I plan to owner-occupy since I went the FHA route on it. I am excited for the opportunity to continue to expand my investments. Anyways, I am always looking to interact with others, especially those who have experience in this game as I am just starting to get my feet wet in this business.

If anyone has any recommendations on reading material that would be beneficial to myself as a beginner, feel free to let me know!
