Seller has SS approval letter but buyer wants copy of it. Does anyone have experience in buyer receiving the sellers letter? Buyers will feel more comfortable to do inspections so they can go to closing.

These certifications are fairly stringent so most of the properties in the area have been pretty well kept over the years.I'll have to check both of these, but many of the rental properties for sale in the are list when their certification is good through.
