So I would like to create this post focused on thanking and being grateful and I plan to write down something each day this week.Starting off on a Sunday I would like to focus my gratitude on things with more of a spiritual nature.

As an investment property it is more expensive up front but hopes to keep tenants happy as well as nature in an urban area.

He has far more expertise in this area than I do, but the paranoid part of me worries that a buyer's agent has a natural incentive to steer a buyer toward a quicker sale rather than negotiations.

That’s kind of the natural progression of all of this, but the rocky part was back in March/April when our town completely shut down all short term rentals in our market indefinitely.
