Hello,In California on a rental sign can I put home many people cant live in my rental home I'm renting and if so does kids count as the number of people?

I believe doing all those hours for 5 years probably will not be easy on my wife and future kids but it must be worth it once you get to a point where the business is running and you can free up time for them for the rest of your life.

Someone will end up with custody of the kids and may want to reside in the same property.

Must be looking like the Derek Zoolander School for Kids Who Can’t Read Good - OG ant version.

I was wondering if anyone has done this before because the houses around here are pretty old, and also mostly college kids live here.

After this I would recommend keeping an eye on the property, just to be sure they don't try and sneak the cousin and her kids in anyways (I'd also schedule an inspection within the next two months so you can see inside to verify). 

It's just a variety of issues... job changes, car issues, kids going to college, banking issues, bad luck...

And, if, when your kids gets scholarship, you can take the money out of the 529 plans without penalty even if you do not use it for education expenses.
