Has anyone had dealings with Peter Vekselman?

Some tell me it's not a big deal and everyone does it.

Tho you told your current tenants  about the insurance before, if you would’ve gave a scenario like the one you’re dealing with now than maybe they would’ve gotten a clearer understanding and gotten the insurance. 

If I did decide to go this route, are there any pro tips anyone can provide on what I should screen for during the tenants application that is more specific to dealing with housing voucher applicants?

I stumbled upon a deal in Billings that I am doing a sub to contract on.

We see this over & over, again & again - someone posts they need help finding a property and suddenly, every agent out there is "Investor-friendly".Funny thing is, RARELY do you see an agent sharing what qualifies their claim.In our experience, +95% of agents only know how to deal with owner-occupied transactions.

If it is a killer deal and you need it now then figure out how to get it now, if its a "just to have", then no right or wrong answer.
