Has anyone used BP Featured Agent lead service?

Hello all. Have any Agents on here used the BP Featured Agent lead service? Had a call with a sales rep and they bundle 25 leads at a time, and have mentioned they would refund a lead that gives incorrect info. I have only found posts about this from a few years ago, and with mixed reviews. I am looking into growing my investor clientele, and would appreciate anybody that has any experience with this or can give any insight. Thanks in advance!

I've never paid for anything on BP other than Premium or Pro. The fact that you can buy into leads does not make you better with investors so that means it may or may not be worth it. Will you get some activity? Sure. Do you need it? Not at all.

I've been answering questions on here for 10 years without ever asking for business and have made 1000s of friends and helped 100s of clients close deals on investment properties. Just be an asset. If you are an asset in the forums for your area and in your niche, you won't need it.
