Philly has been rocking for a while now.

She was loud, screaming, cussing acting highly emotional about any change to her parking situation now new tenants were moving in.

in addition I have not seen many flips in a HOT area at that price point 2 mil... that had a 1 mil profit margin.. that's rock star territory.

He's been a nice guy and good tenant and he's somewhat in a rock and hard place situation. 

Im putting my first offer intomorrow, and it was thanks to GOD first; second just getting out there knocking on doors and turning over the rock myself.

Do they throw loud parties and refuse to invite you?

Rotten front porch step, green moldy vinyl, sheet rock damage in the garage, cracked tile in the kitchen.
