Closed a Multifamily Property in Omaha, NE through BP!

First off, I got throw a shout to out to @Collin Schwartz from whom I've met through BP.

Collin contacted me through a post I had looking for investors. Soon after, I grew to know what he was looking for an tailored my search - which ultimately lead to finding him a Triplex in the Midtown area that we recently closed on. 

Collin is a great individual to get to know, and even though we we're fairly new to the process, we quickly became friends and had many conversations in regards to finding more properties to continue our established connection - in fact I'm showing him another location here later today.
