More Sold than For Sale over the last year? 

Last week we talked about when the Fed may start cutting rates.

It wasn’t until last year that the value finally surpassed what I paid in 2006 with recent sales at record highs of $315K.

My last inspection report alarmed me more than anticipated.

Last few years insurance and property taxes have impacted cash flow a lot.since the property is old every now and then I have had issues such as leaks in pipes, fence falling, and appliances. 

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, states like Texas, Arizona, and Colorado have been popular for real estate investment due to their economic growth.

I tried ABNB out with one of my rentals last year and am converting it back into a long term rental and also trying mid term rentals until I find a long term tenant.
