@Colton Howell currently fourplexes and smaller but the goal is to move toward larger properties.

That way the people touring it are searching in their criteria for a 2 bedroom and my unit is larger / better layout than that competition.

The neighborhood is nice but it’s the smallest home on the block surrounded by larger homes (1550 sq ft, 4 bdrms/2bath/single story).

I don't currently have a virtual assistant and really they seem to be used to do more administrative tasks but the podcast often talk about them also being able to take calls at all hours (some of them are in other countries where labor is cheaper). 

I am also open to hearing any suggestions for a larger financial institution that will lend in MN?
