New to Investing in Colorado Springs, CO

Hello all, I am a Family Medicine Physician who was introduced to Real Estate and Bigger Pockets through ChooseFI and CampFI. My wife, Sarah, and I are very interested in learning about investing in Real Estate. We are looking at Buy and Hold or BRRRR in single-family or multi-family properties. We live in Colorado Springs but I am not sure how this market would work and so I am also researching long-distance investing. I am interested in learning more about no (or low) money down deals as I am still working to pay down my student loans and do not have a ton of liquid cash. I look forward to meeting others and making my business grow!
