I've heard of situations where the investor fronts the money for the purchase of the property then gets half the profit of the flip without lifting a finger.

@Chuck MastersFunny, when you think about it the only thing people really use checks for now a days is to pay for rent hahahaThat and the old lady's of the world that cut in front of you and use them at the check out counter to pay for $5.00 of goods lol jk

My first Title Company meeting was great.The young lady made me and my partner feel at ease.That morning I had my clothes already out to look professional and my hair was in a wrap to match my dress.
