Flipping houses in Ma

I'm wondering if BP is a good place to find investors interested in flipping houses in Fall River and surrounding areas. I've heard of situations where the investor fronts the money for the purchase of the property then gets half the profit of the flip without lifting a finger. I'd love to hear more, and maybe get ideas, thanks
