The most pain in the butt but reliable method is to estimate the life expectancy of your capx items , estimate the cost to replace, then divide the cost to replace by the life expectancy in months and you have your monthly squirrel amount.Did you get a proforma or operating expenses?

It was such a pain to set up (I think their over-the-phone on boarding is mandatory, but it NEEDS to be, you literally can't set it all up on your own) and while I did get bookings, communicating with the guests to get whatever missing card information there is meant I got cancellations, too.

If you work a full-time job, or are not ready for the pain it takes to completely renovate a property (it is even worse remotely) then Turnkey is a great option.Ideally, the Turnkey Provider will own, renovate, and manage the property for you in house!
