We actually have a bit of work to do to the home after the last section 8 renter left it in shambles.Tile broken in the bathroom, holes in ceilings, holes in walls, etc.Section 8 didnt care, and put her into a bigger home (she had another baby). So, this buyer is a handyman and we were just going to take a few thousand off the price and let him do the repairs. If we were to sell it on MLS, I would need to drive up there and spend a couple of weeks repairing everything (along with a couple thousand dollars) on basically a 35K dollar house.
