At this 1.7% level you can find homes where the previous flippers went through the home and made many, many repairs. new roof, new bathroom, paint, flooring and even some new kitchens.

It is an older house in good shape with an outdated kitchen and bathrooms as well.

Older houses with non compliant bedrooms and (probably) bathrooms that the county doesn't even know about; but that realtors will sell on.
