I am looking for a SFH 3/2 or 4/2 that I will house back with a potential ADU and a long term hold.

I am interested in house hacking around the Camden/Burlington county areas (towns like Cherry Hill, Mount Laurel, Collingswood, etc), specifically at duplex/multifamily properties.

I set up a rental management account on Zillow last night.

To be honest, I just don't love being a self-managed landlord, and if I hired a property management company, that would make me even more negative cash-flow.

If so, it's going to be difficult -- especially managing this from a distance.
