. | Courtesy of Key Source PropertiesThe Planning Commission didn’t favor the most drastic option — prohibiting non-owner-occupied short-term rentals in residential areas — but the commission did recommend that Louisville Metro Council approve several other changes to its short-term rental ordinance, commonly referred to as the Airbnb ordinance.The suggested changes include:Increase the annual registration fee for short-term rentals to $100 from $25.Require hosts to post a copy of their city-issued registration near the entrance of the property so that it is visible from the exterior.Require the host to provide their name, telephone number and emergency contact information to adjacent property owners.Have a licensed fire prevention inspector or a home inspector inspect non-owner-occupied short-term rentals to determine any safety issues.Require non-owner-occupied short-term rental hosts to register their rental within 60 days of receiving a conditional use permit, or the permit will be null and void.Permit the city planning director to deny short-term rental registration to any host who has had his or her registration revoked within one year of application for the new registration.

I am getting confused...Please correct me if I am wrong but my understanding was:A warranty deed is a deed where the prior owner states to the new owner he has a bundle of right and transfers it to the new owner.A quit claim deed, is a deed where the prior owner just states that he transfers his rights of the property without claiming that he has any.In the first case, you can sue the prior owner if some rights are later found not valid, in the second case you can't as no statement of ownership of any rights was made.The title insurance is independent of the deed.

This included use of the gym as well as once a week "social gatherings" where they would provide a meal, cocktails, rent a PayPerView event, host a pool party, or some other sort of event.  

The hosts of the podcast are unable to make it out this year, so hopefully, we're able to coordinate something similar. 

Yes some Municipalities are banning STRs, for instance Texas at a state level works with Airbnb to pay HOT tax but San Antonio decided to go after back taxes and set up huge hurdles for airbnb hosts. which goes against the supreme court ruling that allows property owners the right to pretty much do whatever they want withe THEIR property.. its just going to take more 

Hi Brian, my company Housepitality hosts an Airbnb house in Indianapolis, and we are looking to add a few more houses to our management team there.

If you have a big building with large common space maybe you could host and promote training events put on by a local community development corporation.

Keep bundled up and stay safe. 

Or better yet, host a golf tournament during tax season when the tax wounds are still fresh.
