I wish I were thinking about these things when I had just graduated school. 

He is a 30+ year property insurance claims adjuster and I am a soon-to-be marketing graduate and real estate junkie.I have convinced him to sell one of his fully paid-off properties in South Tampa that he's had as a buy-and-hold for years.

I used to live in that area and even graduated from West Chester University in '97.

So I'm 22 years old, just graduated college with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and looking to get into real estate investing.

I am currently a college student set to graduate in May of 2023 and I really need some advice. 

I graduated college with a Civil Engineering degree a couple years ago and I’ve been listening to BP podcast (flip flopping between the oldest and newest episodes) for the past year.I’m interested in Fix and Flip and BRRR mainly.

So, @Ben Kirchner, you may want to have a plan where you sign up with a big player and do the training there--and then when you take the 3 30-hour CEs, and graduate from PB to Broker...look to find a niche brokerage firm where the BIC is experienced in working with investors and --best case scenario--is an active investor.

I have graduated away from the buying for 1k selling for 3k model because there's a lot of leg work.  

Hey @Elliott Hamdeed, my brother is just a little bit ahead of you since he graduated from MSU back in May last year, but we've been working on building him up to his first property for purchase this June.

My daughter graduated from CSU last year, that market is expensive compared to the Midwest where I live.
