What's up everyone! My name's Mike Flowe and I'm looking to start investing in the DMV (DC,MD,VA) area.
I’m currently a Project Engineer for a construction company that specializes in luxury apartments. I graduated college with a Civil Engineering degree a couple years ago and I’ve been listening to BP podcast (flip flopping between the oldest and newest episodes) for the past year.

I'm interested in Fix and Flip and BRRR mainly. Looking forward to being more active in BP, meeting/speaking to some of you, and learning as much as I can.
