Hello all, I had a college age tenant sign a 2 year lease 18 months in advance near a university that is almost exclusively rented by college kids.

I also have ownership in a 72 unit building near Oregon State University. 

The credit card providers employ thousands of analysts who graduated from top universities to pore over data in order to draft offers that they are statistically certain will get consumers into trouble.

After high school graduation, I went to community college for a bit then transferred to Texas State University.

The property is in Champaign-Urbana and about 2 miles from the University.

We just started looking into index universal life as a possible holding place for the meantime.

I taught Principles of Real Estate in the Department of Economics, Finance and Legal Studies at the University of Alabama College of Commerce and Business Administration for several years as an adjunct professor.

@Michael Strachan  I feel the universally accepted meaning of investor-friendly agent for those that are new to investing is someone who will write 100 low ball offers on turn-key properties and be happy about it :)

San Angelo has a population of about 100,000 people, its school district, Angelo State University, Good Fellow AFB, its major hospitals plus its manufacturing warehouses. 

I have some many questions, but instead of spamming the forums, i decided to go with this universal question as a title.I am learning so much from this site about real estate investing.
