My name is John David Maldonado but I go by simply JD. I was born and raised in a small border town named Del Rio. After high school graduation, I went to community college for a bit then transferred to Texas State University. I want to be a teacher in the SA area. I just have to pass my certification exam. My goal in real estate is to build up rentals property's to live off using the BRRRR strategy. I am interested in multi-family and single family property in the SA area and south Texas. I am not really interested in flipping real estate. I already go to REI meetings in the SA area. So I joined BP to interact with more like-minded individuals who are interested in real estate.
