Black Friday good deals for appliances?
21 November 2016 | 4 replies
While it's not unusual that places like Lowes/Home Depot will routinely offer appliance sales at 10 to 30 percent off year round, you'll typically find reductions at 40 percent off during Black Friday.I tend to use Lowes/Home Depot routinely for the free delivery and also because I purchase using 10 percent off coupons and gift cards as payment. Some landlords will wait until January and pick up great used appliances from craigslist (replaced with Christmas presents of new appliances) but honestly, my days of picking up and hauling appliances around are long over!

Two year leases VS One year leases
15 December 2013 | 7 replies
I know many of you do month to month.I personally like a one year lease.I was asked by an applicant today if she signs a 2 year lease if I would discount the rent a little.I told her I would give her one free month spread over a 2 year period, so instead of X per month, it would be X times 23 divided by 24, rounded to the nearest $10, whatever it comes to.But then I thought about it, and I wonder what is the real benefit of a 2 year lease?

@Don Harris ok I will @Ryan Canfield it just depends on your budget, drive for dollars is a cheaper route and will give you somewhat of a exclusive list, definitely high equity, absentee owner 3 bed 2 bath 1500 square feet but it would be good to ask your buyers what they want.
