Painters in Memphis?

Hey guys,

I have never struggled this hard looking for a painter / painters. 

From being booked out 6 weeks, being on a job in another state, won't accept a check, doesn't show up.. Painters are a dime a dozen yet I can't find one here.

Any referrals? Paint is holding me up from completing this REO to rental.
