Black Friday good deals for appliances?

I need to upgrade my refrigerator in the condo I'm hacking, and I was in Best Buy this weekend and saw that they are offering ~40% off, free delivery, and 0%/18 month financing on new appliances. So I saw a lot of nice looking fridges for ~$1700-1800 that (it says here) retail for over $3k. I don't buy expensive new things very often, so are these good deals or are there always decent deals like this?

I feel I got a great deal on a fridge and stove on one of my properties. I will probably be buying the same for another. I also got a GREAT deal on ceiling fans (38.95) and bought 3 of them for a rehab I'm doing.
