The last one I know you said you were "winging" it, but it was still very informative, and being my first one, I really enjoyed it and learned a lot.

In the end a lot of it boils down to what you enjoy doing.

So I went on a mission to learn everything I could about wealth creation, and how rich people play the game.There's no better feeling than doing what you love and enjoying life while the money is working really hard for me whether I work or not - That's the real magic!

They wish for their home to go to - a nice family who is going to enjoy as we did - sort of thing, not an investor.

We really enjoy doing them.

We find that we are enjoying ourselves and our time much more as we learn to do things other then spending money to try to obtain happiness :-)

As of right now I am looking to invest in single family homes and renting them out.I have been been gaining as much knowledge I can about RE and am enjoying it more and more as I get into it.
