Short Sale clause: No LLC's allowed

Ran across an interesting short sale today. Listing agent had uploaded some relatively strict offer instructions and among those was

1. No LLC's or Assigns

I hadn't seen that before, so I call up the listing agent. Our conversation more or less after I say hello and inquire about the LLC restriction:

Her: Well that's just what we (seller and agent) decided to do.

Me: Ok...well I like to purchase my properties in a company name. Is there any particular reason Seller isn't accepting LLC offers?

Her: (something I couldn't make out)...if you were just going to call to harass me you shouldn't have.

And then she hung up on me.

Anyways anyone got any insight into the LLC restriction?

I think I'm just going to submit my offer tomorrow regardless, see if she presents it.

I'd call her back and ask if she's ready to be polite. Then say you wanted to make an offer but needed to understand this LLC thing in order to do so.

And no I haven't seen that but I was more focused on the "hung up on me part" haha I'd make the offer just so she had to eat crow when I'm sitting at closing purchasing with my LLC
