@Karen Polis  I would really get with @Steve Babiak  REIA group before going into those.I had the pleasure of a dinner with Steve when I was in Pa a year or so ago.. and he started to talk to me about Tax sales etc in that state and boy are they complicated .. even for someone like me who has been doing it for decades..
