Hello everyone! just signed in to the rookie bootcamp to take my very first step into real state investing. I've being renting and living in the same old apartment for a decade (2b2b) after divorce I rent out the other room to someone and thanks to that I'm able to pay a non expensive rent. I'm looking forward to meet new people with the same interest, thank you.
