I'll be attending a "boot camp" for Multi Family investing, just to get familiar with making these types of deals, totally for the "hands on" experience.

My team includes an Investor friendly agent, an awesome property manager and a local partner for boots on the ground.

Having someone that you can trust to be your boots on the ground is essential when you are investing from afar.

My company wholesales throughout all of Florida but would love to have some boots in the ground all over and maybe JV on a couple deals together.

Everyone wants to invest here in the NYC area and in Cali, and there's big money to boot.  

I would like my first investment to be a small MFH 2-4 units with minimal construction needed or a partner that can be boots on the  ground during a rehab.

Managing a rehab project takes a good bit of oversight and the only way I'd do it long distance is if I had some boots on the ground and was supported by a very good team.

I'd suggest you leverage someone in your market of choice, build a relationship wherein there is some sort of compensation for boots on the ground work.  

I, being out of the country and having a very full time job, have limited ability to have boots on the ground, but I can certainly offer the ability to provide stable funds, assist in analysis, have a small group of family/friends who can assist in the Tampa area, and work hard to gain as much knowledge as I can.Thank you all for your time and help in advance!
