Hello everyone, long time lurker here. Thought I would finally come out of the darkness and say Hello. I look forward to making new acquaintances here online and locally, along with gaining knowledge growing with you guys in this journey. I am looking to become more involved with my real estate career overall with the help of this site. I look forward to getting to know everyone and discuss topics. 

I am a newbie wholesaler looking to move up into the fix and flip business. I have 0 deals under my belt, but I am hungry for knowledge, guidance, and motivation.
