Test side by side; Color paper, pictures vs text, different headlines and sub headlines, different copy, different mailing lists etc.

Its outdated..yellow shag carpet, old colorful appliances, some wood paneling.

The master bath was lightly primed over so you could still see one black wall, one pink and two peach colored walls.

This 3 unit deal also meets the 3% rule, passed the home inspection with flying colors, etc.  

If the paint is dark we use light colored lead blocker as a primer then go over that with finish paint.

I am debating whether I should do that since I dont want the content of the inspection report to color his opinion.

This helps me address any small issues (paint color) that may be the biggest hurdle to them moving into one of my units. 

All I can say, is that he's a very strong-minded person with a vision to help people in the way he can: he never spoke to me about anything other that helping me in real estate (no my favorite weather/book/color stuff, no his world real estate projects).His methods work.

I am sure some of these "land (wanna be) LORDS" wish they could ask for your skin color still... but that wouldn't affect their decision, they just "want to know" 🤣Quite discriminating against your perspective clients or be prepared for more issues, more problems, and honestly more bad karma.  

He would buy used fans from grace sales/estate sales, what ever color was returned to the paint store (green, orange).Linda D.
