We will use actual fico scores.There are progrmas for 580-619 credit available but its a pain in the butt to do.Ideally you'll want 620+ and 680 + if you want a decent rate, anything sub 620 will usually cause you to pay .50-.75% more in rate plus potential points as well.

Regulations are going to have to adapt but I expect some cities are going to make it much more painful than others.From a landlord point of view it is certainly more complicated.

So long as you go to medical, report your pains and do the treatment they give you, even if it is 0% service connected, future problems can then be associated with your service and that percentage can be increased.
