Also be aware the assistance is only for true COVID hardship, so if your tenant is lying and was fired for something else, they are out of luck.

Percentages lie when they are the answer in a REI analysis.They also accept the answers as givens, instead of the answer being results of the givens...and the variables...and don't realize they can control the variables, because too many live on the right side of the equal sign. 

I'd be lying if I didn't say I was a little concerned with being able to afford a Multi-unit a few years from now.

I think these renters LIE for their references.

The problem is that what one landlord calls a great tenant may not be for the other landlord and/or the seller could be lying. 

Could this be driving the lumber prices up too for the average guy that needs a room addition, chicken coop or shed?

@Bill William paying late with late fees is fine, but its the lying about making payment and not having the funds that bothers me.
